SACID ILC Project Evaluation Capacity Building (deadline 19 December 2024)

SACID ILC Project Evaluation Capacity Building (deadline 19 December 2024)

Project tender detail

The South Australian Council on Intellectual Disability (SACID) wants to evaluate the effectiveness of its Information, Linkages and Capacity Building (ILC) project. SACID is the state peak body for people with intellectual disability, and a member of Inclusion Australia. SACID also supports Inclusion NT, the Inclusion Australia member for the Northern Territory.

SACID's ILC project is being delivered across South Australia and the Northern Territory. It involves capacity building workshops for people with intellectual disability and peer support groups.

The SACID team seeks to build capacity to undertake project evaluation internally. The team anticipates that initial support would be provided to establish a program logic, key evaluation questions, and data evaluation tools. SACID would then implement a monitoring and evaluation plan, with regular support provided for the duration of the ILC project (2025-27).

Inclusion is at the core of everything SACID does. This must be reflected in submissions for this work.

This is a new model of project evaluation for the SACID team. We are open to exploring different approaches and methodologies.
