Project tender detail

Objectives:
We are looking to appoint an external evaluator to analyse the impact of Safe and Equal in alignment with its Impact Measurement Framework (IMF), and develop our first annual Impact Report outlining Safe and Equal’s impact.


Required Deliverables:
1. Analyse all data collected from 1 July 2024 until 30 June 2025
2. Conduct population-level data analysis (e.g State and Commonwealth budgets)
3. Facilitate semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders
4. Facilitate reflection workshops with staff, the IMF working group, and members on the initial evaluation findings
5. Develop an Impact Report which includes case studies of impact.

Desired expertise:
An ideal evaluator would have experience in:
• Demonstrated experience developing and/or implementing org-wide Evaluation or Impact Measurement Frameworks
• Demonstrated experience of undertaking impact evaluations
• Demonstrated experience of facilitating workshops with varied stakeholder groups
