About the role
This role provides data and strategic analysis to support evidence-based decision-making at True. It focuses on building and maintaining True’s knowledge base to assess and articulate the impact of programs. This strengthens accountability and guides the continuous improvement of services.
The role acts as a key link between operational teams and leadership, ensuring evidence informs strategy and reporting highlights the effectiveness of True’s mission-driven work.
Selection Criteria
• Professional experience in research, data analysis and reporting.
• Postgraduate qualifications in health and social research, data science and business analytics or significant current progress towards same and/or relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as PowerBI and Tableau., and client data systems such as Best Practice.
• Familiarity with both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Proven ability to build strong, trusted partnerships with external stakeholders for research and impact purposes.
• Have exceptional prioritisation, time management, and organisational skills.
