Primary Health Tasmania is inviting consultants to submit a proposal for the evaluation of the rural primary health and diabetes management services we commission. The evaluation will assess impacts, effectiveness, and sustainability by examining design, implementation, delivery, outcomes, data quality, and long-term viability, including resource availability and adaptability to evolving needs.
