About the role
• Hybrid and remote working arrangements available
• 0.8FTE - 1.0FTE (flexible FTE options will be considered)
• 3 year contract (with potential for renewal)
• $98,825 – $103,874 + 11.5% super + 17.5% annual leave loading

Working within the Innovation Directorate, the Design and Evaluation Lead works to support the establishment and implementation of Our Watch’s Innovation Lab. Reporting to the Head of Innovation and working closely with the Our Watch Design, Impact and Evaluation Team, this role is pivotal in fostering creativity, experimentation and the development of innovative design and evaluation that align with Our Watch’s strategy.

About you
You will work closely with the broader evaluation team and other project teams, to further strengthen the organisation’s innovation capability, and identification of prevention practices that can be implemented at scale. Through fostering and building trust you will support building of knowledge and evidence of what is working and what is not working. You have an interest in doing things in new ways, and bringing practicality and problem-solving to complex challenges.
