Elaine Hendrick Consulting

Elaine Hendrick is an experienced outcomes and eveluation specialist with over 25 years of work in the non-profit/for-purpose, government, and non-government sectors in Australia.  She has successfully integrated outcomes and evaluation concepts into organisations of various sizes and across all levels of programing, policy, and service delivery.  Her expertise spans diverse sectors, including homeliessness/housing to disability, children, and family services. Recently, Elaine was engaged by the Victorian Council of Social Service [VCOSS] to develop a comprehensive Disaster Recovery Outcoems Framework for Community Organisations. The project followed a collaborative "by sector for sector" approach, emphasising stakeholder engagement and consultation throughout the development process. Elaine's proficiency also extends to crafting theory of change statements that incorporate outcomes chains, enabling organisations to effectively communicate their impact and outcomes to attract funders, donors, sponsors, and partners.  Elaine has conducted evaluations at various levels, from program and policy to plan and strategy, empowring organisations to present compelling evidence of their social impact.  Additionally, Elaine provides outcomes and evlauation training for staff within the organisations she collaborates with, fostering a culture of relfection and continuous improvement at all levels.  Elaine's online Results-Based Accountability course offers a valuable platform for learning outcomes concepts at a foundational level.
