Bullen, Paul

Paul Bullen specialises in consultancy work for community based, non-profit, welfare and church organisations especially those providing human services. He works with these organisations on:

• organisational review
• planning and evaluation of services
• facilitation of planning and evaluation processes
• research into communities and human services
• data collection and analysis

He has evaluated a wide range of human services including child protection services, family support services, youth services, out of home care, education and aged services.

His academic background includes social work, social science and philosophy. He is an Associate Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders Australia and New Zealand.
