Alluvium has a long-established history of working with government, nongovernment organisations, communities and landholders to evaluate the performance of natural resources, rural and environmental investment programs. Our program evaluation draws on empirical evidence from literature and well-structured engagement.

We are experienced in the development of frameworks which allow for a systematic and objective review of the appropriateness, efficiency and/or effectiveness of a program. We're leaders in facilitating program logic/ theory of change associated with government investment.
