Alderman, Lyn
The Evaluator’s Collective offers a wide range of evaluation methodologies and tools to assist government and not-for-profit organisations to commission program design, process evaluation, and impact evaluation through the production of a range of evaluation methodology artefacts. Professor Alderman is the principal evaluator for this service with over thirty-five years’ experience and brings a wealth of expertise to lead The Evaluators’ Collective. Lyn’s experience spans several sectors including government, non-profit, corporate, higher education, and vocational education. Through several significant evaluation roles, Lyn has a wealth of expertise from roles such as Chief Evaluator, Australian Department of Social Services and President, Australian Evaluation Society and Dean (Academic Transformation) at the University of Southern Queensland. She continues to contribute to the evaluation discipline through scholarship and supervision of evaluation doctoral students.
