In this 2024 event, hear about web-based software built for human services to collect client data, measure client outcomes and demonstrate social impact, as well as a CSIRO-developed social performance solution, giving voice to community on what matters most to them.

Kieren Moffat - Voconiq
Kieren Moffat is a social scientist committed to helping companies and the communities they work alongside build deeper, more constructive relationships. Working within CSIRO, Australia’s national science agency, he and his team developed a robust, science-based approach to understanding social licence to operate. In 2019, they spun this science out of CSIRO to create a new company - Voconiq.

Now operating in 15 countries with more than 140,000 community members, Voconiq has given voice to communities that don’t often have one, translating their experiences, concerns and aspirations into a language that can be easily understand and used to engage communities on the issues that matter most to them. Real-time quantitative social performance data also means project teams can stop fighting fires and start realising the potential in their local relationships.

Facilitator:
Rebecca Roebuck – Rebecca is a social impact advisor. She consults through her business, Social Impax, which has a focus on supporting the infrastructure, energy & development sectors to improve and measure social impact. Rebecca is an organising committee member for both SIMNA and the AES in QLD.
