The Town of Victoria Park is evaluating its first Community Benefits Strategy which will reach the end of its five-year span at the end of 2024.

The evaluation will be done internally with Peer Review sought for the evaluation plan.

We are seeking a qualified Evaluation Consultant to conduct the Peer Review, which will involve reviewing and making recommendations on the Evaluation Plan.

Timing
The review and feedback for the evaluation plan will be required by Wednesday 31 July 2024.

Interested individuals or organisations are invited to contact the Town’s Social Impact Specialist by Thursday 4 July with the following information:

• Proof of qualification / experience in conducting evaluations
• Quote for service, including hourly rates for document review based on 8 hours work

Confirmation of availability in July 2024

Please note that the final fee will be negotiated with the successful candidate after initial viewing of the documentation.

Additionally, the Town will be seeking peer review for the final evaluation report, including analysis of results, key findings and recommendations for the second five-year Community Benefits Strategy.

The review and feedback on the report (including results analysis and recommendations for the next Strategy) will be required by Friday 8 November 2024.

Individuals or organisations who are interested in conducting both pieces of work are further requested to include the following information in their EOI:

• Quote for service including hourly rates for document review based on an additional 20 hours work
• Confirmation of availability October / November 2024
