Policy Performance

Policy Performance is led by Charlie Tulloch, an experienced public sector advisor with evaluation experience in education, Indigenous affairs, justice, industry development, events review, mental health and energy areas. Charlie has a Masters of Evaluation, a Masters of Public Policy and Management and a Bachelor of Arts.  He has 15 years of public sector evaluation, research and project experience.

Policy Performance provides a full suite of evaluation and business case development services for the public and non-profit sectors. Depth of insight in education, industry and economic development, grants review, events review, sport and recreation, energy and transport infrastructure. Training also offered in policy development, monitoring/evaluation and skills development to support organisations to upskill their staff. Policy Performance regularly works with other businesses on shared projects.
