Ethos of Engagement Consulting provides evaluation services in Australia and across the world. Managed by two Senior Partners, Dr Anne Stephens (Brisbane, Australia) and Dr Ellen Lewis (San Francisco, California) we have built a network of program and content specialists across the world. Our point of difference in our approach to complex and messy problems using 'systemic inclusive thinking', with a methodology, the ISE4GEMs, first published in 2018 by UN Women. We offer training in systems thinking for evaluation and program implementation. Our clients include UN Women, UNESCO, The German Institute for Development Evaluaion, USAID and more.
