Clarity Consortium is a group of like-minded, experienced consultants offering social policy and program evaluation services. We take care to understand clients’ needs and resources and tailor evaluation methods accordingly. We offer mentoring or capability building in evaluation skills. We also deliver introductory evaluation workshops and facilitated processes to help organisations develop a Theory of Change about their organisation or programs then translate this into a monitoring and evaluation framework or evaluation specifications. We are experienced in conducting primary research with vulnerable clients and doing so within an ethical research framework. Our clients trust us to deliver evaluation reports that are easy to read, feasible to act on, and underpinned by a commitment to delivering benefits for clients and communities.
