The NSW Department of Justice has released a Request for Tender for organisations, researchers or consultants with the capacity and experience to evaluate the Justice Advocacy Service. Over two years, The NSW Government will invest $10 million in the new state-wide Justice Advocacy Service to help people with cognitive impairment in contact with the criminal justice system to exercise their rights and fully participate in the process. The new service will be available to all people with cognitive impairment, including victims, suspects and witnesses, and will be available across NSW, including rural, regional and remote communities.
