Are you looking for a new challenge? Allen + Clarke is looking for experienced evaluators and researchers to join our team. We need people with extensive qualitative and/or quantitative research experience, and knowledge of a range of evaluation and research methods and approaches. We seek candidates with the ability to plan, manage and implement evaluation and research projects and clearly communicate findings to a range of audiences. We seek people who are knowledgeable and experienced in kaupapa Maori and/or Pasifika research or evaluation, or can work consciously and mindfully across cultures and with differing cultural knowledge frameworks.
We are a consultancy company that works with government, NGO and private sector clients on projects that matter. Our projects can be long or short term. They can be individual or team-based. The roles are based at our Wellington office in The Woolstore in Thorndon, may involve working in-house with a client, and travel to Australia (we have an office in Melbourne) and the Pacific. Our people are flexible, hard-working and committed. They care and want to make a difference. They know how to work with pace. They never lose sight of quality. They are good at identifying opportunities, risks and issues and mitigating them to ensure a project’s success.
We are looking for people who enjoy a team environment, who have experience in managing and delivering projects, and who can capably handle working on multiple streams of work. We are also looking for people who can be “thrown in the deep end” and work with our clients to identify their needs and deliverables.
Come join us if you:
- Have 10+ years’ experience in undertaking high quality evaluations or research studies
- Have a high ability to self-manage, lead projects and work successfully within a team
- Have experience in managing diverse relationships and a strong client focus
- Care and want to make a difference
All applicants for these positions must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
To apply please email a cover letter and your CV to Philippa at the above address.
Applications close at 5pm Monday 25 March 2019. Interviews will be held week of 8 April 2019.
