This is a free seminar organised by the VIC Regional Network Committee of the AES. Our monthly seminar series provides an opportunity for you to meet with AES members and others in Victoria and to share and learn from the experiences of fellow evaluators. Members are encouraged to bring along colleagues with an interest in the topic even if they are not yet members of the AES. Please pass this onto your colleagues and networks.
After a decade undertaking traditional evaluations and designs for the private, public and not for profit sectors, Zazie spent 2018 as an embedded developmental evaluator for a place-based initiative in Victoria. Although she expected to change her practice significantly, Zazie had not anticipated the depth of changes she needed to make to her practice.
In this presentation Zazie will share her reflections on this journey and how her practice has changed as a result. Zazie will also, present on what she has learnt about using program logic/Theory of Change, monitoring, measuring, evaluation and reporting in this context.
As Principal Consultant at Clear Horizon Consulting, Zazie has led many external evaluations and facilitated numerous high level strategic planning and organisational processes. She has ten years’ experience consulting with the private, government, and non-government sectors both in Australia and overseas; her practical experience is backed with qualifications in both evaluation and international development.
