Seminar overview

Evaluation is a unique skillset and way of thinking. To have an effective evaluative culture, it is important to not only focus on the skills of the individual evaluator, but also the capacity and readiness of the area or organisation as a whole.

This session will introduce attendees to the key features of evaluative culture. By applying our evaluation maturity model, we will walk participants through how to assess and enhance evaluation capability at both an individual and organisational level. Our leave behind evaluation maturity model will give participants the tools they need to make an informed assessment when they get back to their desks.

From our experience working with public sector organisations, we understand many of the common challenges in driving an effective evaluative culture. We will provide proven guidance and tips about how these challenges can overcome, so that your organisation is evaluating at its best.
