Seminar overview
This seminar will explore the innovative market research methods used by the Colombian Startup, Sensata UX Research. The Sentasa approach seeks to understand the “why” behind human behaviour using mobile technologies and behavioural science-based approaches. They have collected over 1.5 million surveys in over 30 countries and specialise in providing an enjoyable user experience with several non-verbal interaction types, increasing user engagement. This seminar will be useful to researchers and evaluators who are interested in creativity in survey design.
About the presenters
Ana María Araos is the Research Director at Sensata UX Research with ten years of experience in behavior and culture studies. Ana Maria worked as director of human behavior at the National Road Safety Agency (ANSV), advised the City of Bogotá on behavior change projects and served as planning director for the cultural research center Corpovisionarios. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from the Universidad de Los Andes and a Master in Nonprofit Management from the University of Applied Sciences of Osnabrück, Germany.
